Ever deeper
sharpening my view of everything
I can easily lose myself in
the ever entrancing details
of you
** This post is part of the Weekly Photo Challenge. This week’s theme is “details” and you can find many more HERE.
If you follow this blog then you know I am more than obsessed with the details. I love to spend time nose deep in flowers, on the forest floor and really where every my eye takes me. I spend most of my time at the end points of my aperture trying to capture the details of how close I can get and how far I can see. amazing image and perfect words.

Until my eye moved to the end points, I didn’t realize I was looking at a pine cone, yet I relished the details. Then as I read your explanation, I realized that, once again, we mirror each other. It doesn’t surprise me that you and I enjoy details for a similar reason. I studied this withered pine cone for quite a while one morning while backpacking in Lassen National Park. It caught my eye as I walked past. I’m so happy to read that you enjoy it too!
