Nearing the twilight
of winter and the sunrise
of spring lies
a magical wind brisk low
fog lifting energy fluttering
void
how far will I blow
around falling then
lifting again and again
with the inconsistent winds
and shifting questions is
only for mother
nature to ever know
for sure
** This post is part of the Weekly Photo Challenge. This week’s theme is, “seasons”. You can find other entries, HERE.
Although spring is a beautiful season it is a mixed bag of inconsistent emotions and weather patterns, at least for me. If find the beauty intoxicating and the weather cleansing especially, when I remember it changes almost hourly.
Just gorgeous
Thank you, it was a wonderful place to explore last week with my boys.
Beautiful words♡
🙂 I appreciate you reading them. I love pairing words with my images!
You do a very beautiful job♡♡♡
Definitely magical!
Indeed, Laura. I felt so lucky, it was fogged in 15 miles to the north and south. No one but us on the beach and the sun was playing with the fog. My boys were so happy and so was I!
How fortunate you were to be the only ones on the beach!!! I’m happy just reading it. 🙂
that beach is mystical!!
So true, Cybele. I feel lost and forgotten energies here every time we visit!
I was especially struck by the way you formatted “void.” Perfect.
It felt the way to represent such a word with this scene. I am glad you agree, Janet. That makes me feel better about it!
