A painting before me
the quiet mist rolling and ocean
waves deeply breaking beyond
I can feel my cup
filling my eyes following
each branch inviting me
to look further to breathe
into my belly my heart beating
excitedly my legs strong
unwavering steady
a beautiful tree

Thank you, Janet. It felt so nice to collect rocks and wander towards what my eye found interesting. A wonderful way to spend a couple hours before picking up my boys from school. I hope to do it again soon.
