The glimmer of the light caught my eye first, it was in between branches of a heavily hung tree. There was no direct sunlight on this fog-filled morning and the glistening raindrops were out of place. I looked around the spiders web in wonder at all the droplets it collected, seeing my reflection in a few of them. Luckily, it was low so I could get down to the webs level. I found the look from underneath the most intriguing.
Leanne Cole’s Monochrome Madness is HERE, today.
The droplets on the web are stunning!

Thank you, Tamara. Water droplets are so fun to find. We are in the midst of quite a rainstorm. Can’t wait to go searching for more once the rain stops π
Superb image Carrie. What a find!
Thanks so much, Chris. It felt like a find π Neighborhood walks can turn up magic sometimes!

Thank you π Those droplets really are magical.
What an eye you have, Carrie, to notice such small miracles and share them with us.
Thank you, Janet! I love black and white images for that purpose. Sometimes you get lucky and it just works. I was really happy with how this image turned out.
